Day 1: Sepilok
Start your trip at the exciting world famous Orangutan rehabilitation center. These Orangutans are semi wild and are free to roam. They are often spotted in the gardens of the resorts and lodges scattered around the centre.
Day 2: Deramakot Forest Reserve
With any luck you witness Orangutans within the resort grounds in the morning. Depart Sepilok at 11am and transfer 2hrs to a small town called Telupid. Here you will have lunch before departing at 2pm. Travel 2 - 3 hrs off road to Deramakot hq. Settle in before dinner. After dinner proceed with your first 3 hr night drive.
Day 3 - 4: Deramakot Forest Reserve
Each day consists of a 2.5 hr morning safari, a 2.5 hr afternoon safari and a 2 hr night safari. If you do not wish to go on the night safari you can use these hours during the day.
Day 5: Kinabatangan River
After breakfast, depart Deramakot and head back to Telupid. Here, you will change vehicle and continue another 2 hrs to the village of Sukau at the Kinabatangan River. Lunch is served on arrival. Setlle in to your accommodation and be ready by 4pm for your first boat safari.
Day 6 - 7: Kinabatangan River
These 2 days consist of an early morning boat safari, afternoon safari and a night safaris.
Day 8: Tabin Wildlife Reserve
Depart the river and travel approximately 4 hrs to Tabin wildlife reserve. Tabin offers the best chance to see the shy Sabah grey Langur aka Grizzled langur. You will go on a 4 hr safari in the afternoon searching for this elusive primate.
Day 9 - 10: Tabin Wildlife Reserve
Spend the mornings observing the wild and habituated Gibbons in the accommodation grounds. They are completely wild but have got used to people so this is one of the best places to get close to them. You will then go on a safari in search of the Sabah grey.

Day 11: Depart
After breakfast depart the hq and make your way back to Lahad Datu airport.
